Was reading some news on Yahoo and found this interesting piece of 'happening' news about the IPL. Like all creative money makers , Lalit Modi found an alternative to the 10 minute strategic break time per innings. Instead, it has been reduced it to 5 mins a side and the time out can be taken between 5 to 8 ovs in fielding side etc etc.. (crappy rules these are eh!)

as ipl is cash rich tournament another policy of time has been added to it so that they can benefit from advertisement. this time out slows down the speed of the game and thus it should be opposed.

This time out is for more advert on TV. I wonder if there is any regulation in India for bombarding the viewers with adverts. Why there is no regulation about showing advers on tv . It is a great pleasure when you are watch cricket abroad, sometime adverts pop up in 30 minuts or so. See our news or any tv programme its the programme we watch or the advert. Its looks very ugly when same advert repeated 7 times in 1 minutes.That is why nobody supports hockey or football, no free time for adverts. These people only care about money and nothing to do with sports.I hope our Tv has a dooms day very soon.

One guy wanted to share his views about what Thakeray uncle said yesterday regarding Bharat Ratna and Sachin Tendulkar. But, someone please remind this guy that - he just posted the comment in the wrong place. Whoever declared that Sachin was going to get a Bharat Ratna. Does he even know that the Prime minister can be reached by ordinary post by just writing the address as "Prime Minister's office, New Delhi-1". Like sure, Sachin didn't help the common man! who helped the common man, Nobody!!

1410 & the brainless Youth brigade
Got to know last week that the number of tigers in India reduced by one and the new magic number is 1410, courtesy : http://churumuri.wordpress.com
Briefly about churumuri (alias bhel puri, a local delicacy): A hot and happening blog, churumuri as the name suggests has all the spice to attract readers especially those from Bangalore / Mysore and in my opinion, the author has found exceptional joy in creating humour from daily routine news.
Anyway, not long before I could recuperate from the figure 1410, I happened to see something annoying, again on that "idiot box"
It was on some zee news channel and the host gathered a bunch of IT honchos to give their opinion about the budget launched on 26th Feb '10.
When asked about the reactions on the budget and whom it suits, a brainless buffalo looking chipmonk guy replied - "Man, I should have been a farmer. Atleast, I would get subsidies and all my loans would have been cleared due to Chidambaram's 60,000 crore farmer-loan-forget blockbuster budget.
Wat the hell was this, does this guy even know the meaning of being a farmer, who in India is the least paid labourer of all classes. A farmer who spends for 100 litres of water for growing a single kilo of rice, a farmer who is just paid Rs 100 per day under the hot sun as compared to some tech guy who earns in thousands sitting in an office enjoying air conditioned air.
The more I got glued to the remote, the more I got angry, now it was the turn of some gal to say something:
So, after this guy, a sissy, nasty looking toothless pea-hen nose watering chick replied " Petrol is so costly, I mean I should open one Petrol bunk and earn more".
To this, I must applaud the thinking and say this "Ya, chick. Go ahead, let's see who will allot you a Petrol bunk!!!"
And before I could change the channel, I heard one more ox-faced, peach flavored testes carrying brainless broncho saying this - " I heard, some funds are to be allocated to Goa for beautifying the beach, I feel, I should open up some hotel and make money in Goa instead of wasting my time in this industry"
I think, this guy doesn't know what is going on in Goa right now. To remind him - One rape and a few atrocities on foreigners has brought down the number of visitors to Goa drastically. The Government has to make the beach world class, just like the beach shown in "Baywatch" (channel-Star world) with mighty lifeguards and beach patrol protecting the interest of the citizens.
Wonder, what's wrong with today's youth brigade. Like they say in hindi - Sar mein bhusa bhara hua hai. The Bronchosaurus (a dinasaur) had a brain the size of a walnut. But, I have discovered some brainless bronchos, right here in India.
Let the chaos prevail!!
