Was reading some news on Yahoo and found this interesting piece of 'happening' news about the IPL. Like all creative money makers , Lalit Modi found an alternative to the 10 minute strategic break time per innings. Instead, it has been reduced it to 5 mins a side and the time out can be taken between 5 to 8 ovs in fielding side etc etc.. (crappy rules these are eh!)
I would normally have just closed the website but my eye caught something even more interesting, the COMMENTS:
Take a look, you may be interested too!

as ipl is cash rich tournament another policy of time has been added to it so that they can benefit from advertisement. this time out slows down the speed of the game and thus it should be opposed.

This time out is for more advert on TV. I wonder if there is any regulation in India for bombarding the viewers with adverts. Why there is no regulation about showing advers on tv . It is a great pleasure when you are watch cricket abroad, sometime adverts pop up in 30 minuts or so. See our news or any tv programme its the programme we watch or the advert. Its looks very ugly when same advert repeated 7 times in 1 minutes. That is why nobody supports hockey or football, no free time for adverts. These people only care about money and nothing to do with sports.I hope our Tv has a dooms day very soon.

Only one guy hit the jackpot relating to the topic. (Pankaj8k)
All the others seemed to just comment for the sake of commenting!!
One guy wanted to share his views about what Thakeray uncle said yesterday regarding Bharat Ratna and Sachin Tendulkar. But, someone please remind this guy that - he just posted the comment in the wrong place. Whoever declared that Sachin was going to get a Bharat Ratna. Does he even know that the Prime minister can be reached by ordinary post by just writing the address as "Prime Minister's office, New Delhi-1". Like sure, Sachin didn't help the common man! who helped the common man, Nobody!!

1411
So, what is 1411?
The latest ads on tv would have bugged you with this figure. With the jobless Baichung Bhutia vouching for a cause, a cause which his community could never understand. A cause which is worrying the nation at large. A cause which is worth dying for!!
To save the tiger
Although, statistically 1411 tigers roam in the jungles of India, nobody would like to know the true figure as it disturbs us. The true number is far more alarming and I just hope it is atleast a 3 digit number. But, some people just want to make money out of this fact, this time its Aircel.
The trend is not new, people always make money knowing some facts. The bald truth is that Aircel just wants to increase its popularity and side by side make money! I mean who would leave such a chance; tigers have always been fascinating the human kind and any enthusiast would jump into the movement, get in touch with aircel, have a chance to feel their products, get ads posted all over : "Save the tiger campaign - sponsored by Aircel"
Right now, nobody will believe me; but that's not the point. The proof will anyway be unfolded during the annual results when the sales figures would give indications of a steep rise.
I believe, blogs & campaigns are just not enough to save the tiger. Simply because, we can't expect a tiger to read blogs and replicate "Save me"
The problem has a solution but nobody has even gone close to it. The solution cannot be political interference, it has to be judicial. You and me are too smart to understand the judicial system here, it sucks!!
Individuals and I repeat only individuals can make a difference, not companies. Somebody has to understand the depth of the problem and then try to solve it with the existing support (which is negligible). No amount of blogging can replace this exercise.
Until such a man arises, I can safely post a challenge, "There won't be jungles by 2030 and if there are jungles, there won't be a single tiger in them"
Of course, I wont like it, I won't be able to answer my first love, Reeta who now resides behind a cage in Chamarajendra zoo, Mysore. But, I will give an idea to poachers about a tiger who is hidden in human skin, so that he can be hunted for the precious bones inside and sold for a booty.
Presenting, the big bad booty daddy!!

Back on Track(aray)
Certainly there has to be something like 'inertia' which controls human mind and bodies. A gap of 15 days since the last blog just proves that Newton was a great scientist even though some of his theories are found to be irrelevant in quantum terms.
Moving on from science to politics, the new trend bundled in an old school thought 'divide and rule' is being followed by none other than Thakeray uncle who is very happy with the support of Maratha manoos and since people can't do anything with manoos nearby, dislikers protest in their own state. Trains in Bihar burned with the fury of the angry mob who can't stand the size of Raj T.
Some say, he is a mole of the mountain or a "baccha" of politics, but his charisma and the support he has managed to gather is laudable. These things say a completely different story and the fact that even the police had to resort to tactics to keep him in jail, speak volumes about the matured and new "teenager" or youth of politics who can't be undermined.
Whether he is a hero, or the villian, at this point is irrelevant. For now, he is the hero in Maharashtra and villian elsewhere. At times, one has to respect even enemies for their greatness and learn from them. Only hope that he doesnt end up implementing a 'visa' scheme for all outsiders who wish to enter Maharashtra.
